Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer/Internet Banking/Telephone Banking
All deposits or bank transfers must be accompanied by the ORDER NUMBER as the Reference number. Additionally, when possible, the purchaser's NAME used on our website.
Cheque
If paid by cheque, product delivery through this method is subject to receipt of the money into our bank account. Usually, it takes 5 working days after we deposit the cheque in the bank. Products will be sent after this time. Please make sure that the cheque is payable to Cloud 7 Limited.
Note: For your safety, please make the cheque "NOT TRANSFERABLE".
Cash
Sorry, please do not ask for cash discount because we bank all the income and pay tax. In fact, we prefer not to deal with cash due to hygiene concerns.
EFTPOS
You can use EFTPOS in our shop.
Credit Card
We use Stripe to accept online credit card payments. Sorry, due to our unbelievable low margin, we have to add the 3% PROCESSING FEE. You can use online banking or bank deposit to save the 3% when the payment is a big sum.
Note: Credit card, Q card, and Farmers card payment will have a 3% surcharge and we have the right to decline the credit card payment without pin # on EFTPOS terminals. To protect our customers, we will check the credit card and your ID before delivering the goods.
